Happy New School Year Eve!
Good evening Piner Band family! We are so ready to have the students back in the band room and start making some seriously fun music. We have worked very hard for the last few weeks to upgrade the band room and make it as nice of a home for our students as we are able.
For our first day, students will need to bring a Pencil, a smart device if they have one or some place they can safely keep their locker combo at all times, and their smartest foot (preferably with shoe on). We will bring instruments on Thursday (new beginning band members will not use instruments yet).

Our student band fee will remain $25. This will cover the cost of the stadium uniform shirt and the band binder/supplies. Fees may be turned in to our safe in the band room. They must be in an envelope (provided in the band room if needed) with the student’s name, ID, amount and what the money is for. This helps us keep our records straight.
We will be having a forms and fees reward party for all classes that have 100% turn in by September 1. Please help us as we work toward our goal!
Students still needing to check out a school-provided instruments will receive their paperwork tomorrow. Please help them to return that paperwork and usage fee on Thursday.
