Student Information

Students should come to school dressed in concert black; they will not have the opportunity to leave the band hall after the first bell. Backpacks and other school materials should be left at home unless absolutely necessary.

The cost of lunch is $6 – students should make sure they have that money with them when they come to school.

This trip is not a vacation or a field trip – it is a performance and a contest. Students are not allowed to bring speakers or play music on electronic devices without the use of headphones. Additionally, students are not allowed to bring food or drink on the bus, except for resealable bottles of water.

It is important to remember that when we leave campus, we are representing Sherman ISD. Any misbehavior on the part of a student will result in students being withdrawn from extracurricular activities at Piner Middle School.

Parent Information

As we will get back after the end of the school day, please make sure that your students have a ride from school. Directors will wait for 30 minutes after we arrive back with students. Students will be able to use the phones in the band hall to call.
